MISSION

University promotes quality standards in the educational process and research, aiming to optimize all activities by encouraging the creative spirit and empowering every member of the academic community in fulfilling its duties.

STRUCTURE

Quality Management System (QMS) aims to monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the quality of the educational process through the following components:

• Quality Assurance Board
• Institutional Responsibility Quality
• Department of Education and Quality Management
• Quality Assurance Committee of the Faculty
• Quality Officer at University
• Quality Officer at Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

At the university level

• Rector coordinates in UnASM SMC, determines the strategy and priorities for quality and monitor their application.
• Vice coordinates the implementation, maintenance and improvement of QMS in areas under their control.
• Institutional responsibilities for quality ensures the development and operation SMC plans to conduct internal evaluations to UnASM.
• Quality Assurance Council examines normative acts and SMC procedure, identify and analyze quality problems, propose corrective action.

 At the faculty level

• Dean promote the policy and strategic objectives of UnASM in quality assurance.
• Responsible for Quality of Faculty maintains and optimizes SMC, plan and carry out internal evaluations in college.
• Quality Assurance Commission is responsible for the quality of activities in the university, having a similar role with the Council for Quality Assurance in the university.

In the department

• Head of Department ensures the quality of all processes taking place within the department: education, research, organization of studies.
• Follow the overall objectives and specific staff training, planning and conducting internal evaluations.

Department of Education and Quality Management coordinates and ensures the quality of all training activities, cycle I and II degree in UnASM.

ACTIVITIES

• Monitoring the work of education quality assurance structures in UnASM..
• Develop internal regulations (regulations, procedures, criteria) in quality.
• Coordination and evaluation of the quality of study programs (facilities, curricula, curriculum support, teaching staff etc.).
• Statistics on academic results. Coordinating and monitoring procedures of evaluation (formative and final).
• Records and quality control internships (Program curricular seminars / conferences skills assessment formats).
• Providing conditions for the external evaluation procedure.
