On 23 October 2014 the Department of Education and Quality Management organized a faculty training session for the faculty members of the Department of Languages ​​and Literature on training possibilities offered by the e-learning platform.
The seminar was attended by assoc. prof. and head of department, S. Spînu, assoc. prof. G. Păduraru, and univ. lect A. Mitric. During the training the placement of information on the educational platform of the UnASM was discussed. The faculty showed an interest in the organization of further training sessions involving the use of other possibilities offered by the e-learning platform (such as creating tests). From the same department assoc. prof., Şaganean G., assoc. prof., Cristei T., and univ. lect. D. Lachi also expressed an interest in using the platform but could not attend the training, and so the date for another training session was set or another training session will be organized upon individual request.
In addition during the training the advantages of using the platform were presented, both for professors and students:

• allowing professors to plan and conduct training sessions both in the classroom and on-line, over the Internet, in virtual classrooms
• allowing the launching of tests and automatic calculation of results
• allowing professors to create distance learning activities and choose the training materials to be used and restrict access to materials, allows professors to communicate via public or private messages with students
• providing fora for students and professors for the debating issues of major interest, experience exchanges (answers to questions, debate issues, opinions, etc.)
• offering the possibility of knowledge self-evaluation
