On May 13, 2015, the University of Academy of Science of Moldova hosted Prof. Dr. Vlad Codrea from the UniversityBabeș-Boliay, Cluj Napoca, Romania. Mr. Vlad Codrea held a public seminar entitled “Dinosaurs in Romania”. As part of this event, interesting information was provided regarding the history of research in the above-mentioned area, evolution of Mesozoic reptiles and recent discoveries of dinosaurian on the territory of Romania.

This seminar has prompted interest in students who partook in the event and addressed various questions about evolution, the conditions in which they lived, as well as the geographical location of recently discovered remnants of fossils.
