ORGANIZATION OF THE TEACHING PROCESS

  • organization and coordination of development and improvement of curricula
  • coordination and monitoring of temporal organization of the educational process (academic calendar, schedule lessons - structure and compliance, efficiency classrooms and laboratories for training);
  • promoting and encouraging the use of new technologies and forms of teaching / learning evaluation;
  • preparation and execution schedule control tests in regular sessions, bachelor and master;
  • analysis of results endorsements, support colloquia and exams, presentation of the respective information on the Board, of the Senate;
  • management educational platform to complement database and its efficient use in training.

MAKING THE CURRICULA

  • organization and coordination of activities in calculating the volume of the tasks of the studies, preparation of proposals for teaching staff member;

COMPLETING ORDERS, AND EDUCATION DOCUMENTS

COORDINATION OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

  • Students' Senate coordination of work;
  • coordinate and evaluate the efficiency of the heads of academic groups;
  • dean's office support in organizing extracurricular activities;
  • coordinating the preparation of of the plan of operations in accordance with national strategies in the youth field.
