On December 22, 2014 Ms .Daniela DUCA, PhD in Economic Sciences, has been the moderator for an informative seminar which was attended by students, master’s degree students and PhD students as well as young researchers from the University Center for Molecular Biology, University of Academy of Science of Moldova.
The main subjects of the seminar were the types of programs Open-Source used for scientific research. The applications presented allow free access to users and can be used by ant researcher or organization, on any kind of system of computation, for various forms of activity.
As feedback the participants have been provided with an online questionnaire regarding the problems of management of data, a subject discussed with a lot of interest during the seminar. The participants showed interest and enthusiasm in the topic and the information provided. They like both the seminar, which proved to be of high quality as well as the friendly and engaging atmosphere.
